Members can call our toll-free number to locate their nearest hearing care provider, confirm benefits and get answers to any questions they may have regarding hearing instruments and pricing.
Our Customer Care Coordinators assist members with scheduling appointments, and our Director of Patient Services works with members to ensure satisfaction every step of the way.

HCS offers three technology levels - Superior, Advanced and Premium - with multiple manufacturers and hearing aid models to choose from in each level. Pricing is simple and transparent with one set price for each technology level.
