Warranties & Batteries

Many hearing care providers charge additional fees for manufacturer warranties and batteries. With Hearing Care Solutions, extended warranties and free batteries are included in the price of the hearing aids.

With the purchase of a hearing aid through HCS, you will receive:

• A 3-year manufacturer’s warranty, including coverage for loss and damage of the hearing aid
• A 1-year supply of batteries (up to 48 cells)
• Routine in-office service for one year at no additional charge. Services include:
  

Office visits	Tube changes
Hearing adaptation training	Instrument checks *
Reprogramming	Cleaning *
Repairs (in office)	Battery door replacement *

* These services are included at no charge for the life of the hearing instrument.
