You will meet with a hearing healthcare professional who will conduct the following at no charge (Medicare eligible) :

• Physical examination of your ears
• Complete hearing evaluation
• Interview to discuss hearing needs and review situations where you may experience hearing difficulties

If your test results indicate you would benefit from hearing aids:

Your hearing healthcare professional will recommend hearing aid choices, taking into account:

• Your hearing test results
• Your lifestyle
• Your style and technology preferences

If you decide to order hearing aids, impressions of your ears will be taken, if needed, at no charge, and a fitting appointment will be scheduled within two weeks of the hearing aid order.

Hearing Aid Delivery And Follow-Up Appointments

At your hearing aid delivery appointment, your hearing healthcare professional will:

• Check overall comfort and cosmetics of the hearing aids
• Set the hearing aids to a comfortable volume and verify sound quality
• Provide thorough instruction on the use and care of your hearing aids
• Discuss a hearing aid use schedule
• Schedule a hearing aid fitting follow-up appointment

At the follow-up appointment, you will have the opportunity to discuss the following with the hearing healthcare professional:

• Your experience with the hearing aids in different listening situations
• If your objectives with the hearing aids have been met

The provider will fine-tune the hearing aids to improve your hearing aid experience, if required.

Routine, in-office services will be provided free of charge for the first year as required to ensure the hearing aids continue to meet your goals and objectives.
